Stéphane Della has much experience. He has been a broker at BGYB since 2009. As a Project Manager in Construction and Refit Stéphane has worked with several shipyards including: Composites Works, Monaco Marine, XBLUE, Sunrise Yachts, Alia Yachts (Turkey). Stéphane Della is also "Shore team manager" (responsible for the sailing team of various yachts): Alinghi (America's cup 2003), Votre Nom Autour du monde (Vendée Globe 2012), Maxi one design, AREVA (America's cup 2007)
