Nicole’s career began as office manager of the premier American yacht builder’s brokerage where she assisted the top yachting brokers in the industry. Here, she developed her insight and knowledge into clients’ needs and the luxury super yacht world. As she continued to gain experience working closely with an international clientele, she was quickly recognized amongst her peers and clients for offering expert customized service. Her superb attention to detail combined with top-notch charter planning communication skills positioned her as a highly sought-after charter broker in the yacht charter sector of travel. Nicole went on to become head of this builder’s brokerage charter division, further immersing herself in the yachting world. By attending yacht shows, and meeting crew and yacht brokers, she continued pairing clients with the yacht that was just right for them and with the utmost care and success. She gained momentum by establishing the first yacht charter management division at one of the largest yacht brokerages at the time, allowing her to develop not only her retail charter knowledge but the ability to work closely alongside yacht owners. Charters led to sales, and now Nicole has an extensive portfolio of owners who she’s paired up with their new yachts. She understands the importance of making sense of owning a yacht, trying before you buy, and most significantly using her broker’s license to work tirelessly to find her clients the perfect yacht to call their own. Nicole is an integral part of TJB Super Yachts USA, and her friendly character, fantastic work ethic, and vast knowledge allow her to excel in everything she does for TJB. The relationships and connections she’s built over the years with clients and industry professionals alike are a testament to her hard-working positive attitude.
