SPIRIT is a 35m (114’10”) Luxury Catamaran Motor Yacht launched in 2005 by NZ shipyard New Zealand and refitted in 2016. SPIRIT is available for charter to experience the stunning Whitsundays, a group of 74 islands in the sheltered waters of the Coral Sea, right in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, the South Pacific and as far as Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands. SPIRIT is a sensational luxury charter yacht built by New Zealand Yachts and totally suited to charter in the cruising paradise of the Pacific, taking in the Great Barrier Reef, Whitsunday Islands and as far as Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

A unique wave-piercing catamaran with an extremely wide beam of 35ft (10.8m), SPIRIT is the ideal adventure platform and provides phenomenal leisure spaces.

Ideal for alfresco entertaining, SPIRIT boasts several exterior living areas. On the main deck, adjacent to the saloon, there’s a spacious aft deck with comfortable seating and a dining table.

The upper deck wraps around the vessel from the master stateroom forward to a large foredeck, featuring an outdoor jacuzzi spa and seating.

The top deck is perfect for soaking up the sunshine and socialising, with its bar, partial shade and lounges.

INTERIORS

With 5-star, marine-themed interior design by the acclaimed Ken Freivokh, SPIRIT features a light and airy saloon, with comfortable lounge area and formal dining section complete with bar. Large windows and sliding doors ensure charter guests never miss one moment of the passing seascape and landscapes.

For guests’ enjoyment, SPIRIT has a high-tech entertainment centre with 42-inch Plasma flat-screen TV, DVD and sound system.

ACCOMMODATION

SPIRIT can accommodate up to 12 guests in five opulent staterooms in a versatile arrangement that comprises four queen cabins, two of which can be converted into twin cabins with an additional third bunk – ideal for families with children.

The full-beam master suite is located on the upper deck and features a king-size bed and an office area with a coffee table and chairs, as well its own private deck area with sun lounges.

Cosy and tranquil, guest accommodation features the same timber panelling and artwork as the saloon, with designer furniture, AV, air-conditioning, ample storage and generous ceiling height.

WATERTOYS & TENDERS

SPIRIT’S aft transom lowers to create a magnificent teak beach and private swim platform, and a great place to launch the vessel’s watercraft.

For the ultimate in private fishing tours and diving in and around the Great Barrier Reef, there is a dedicated 10m Contender boat equipped with an extensive range of fishing equipment.

There are two additional tenders for towing and skiing, and ship-to-shore shuttles.

SPIRIT comes complete with wakeboard and waterskis, full Scuba gear and compressor, onboard dive instructor, underwater scooters, SUPS, two jetskis, kayaks, snorkelling gear, surfboards, and assorted gym and yoga equipment.

There is a variety of other activities available on request, including kiteboarding, onshore tours and experiences, massage and spa treatments, private helicopter tours, Barramundi fishing and Marlin fishing.

For beach barbecues and picnics, there is a large gazebo and selection of beach games such as frisbees and footballs.

SPIRIT’S experienced crew of seven are specialised in adventure, water sports, fishing and knowledge of their surroundings, including the awesome Great Barrier Reef.

The owner’s suite and guest cabins have home theatre systems, which can either view / listen to the central system, or via a local DVD system. The music is based around a Sonos system.
