Samarkand is a 17m (55’9″) Classic Cruising Sailing Yacht launched in 2008 by famous German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen and refitted in 2008. Samarkand is available for charter to explore the crystal waters of the stunning western Mediterranean cruising in the historic ports and coastlines throughout the South of France taking in St Tropez, Monaco, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Juan-les-Pins and Nice, to the Italian Riviera with the opportunity to hop from Italy to Corsica and Sardinia. Pricing is from € 5,000 per week with accommodation for up to 6 guests (and 2 crew).

Samarkand exudes the quality and craftsmanship of yesteryear. Built by the famous Abeking & Rasmussen yard of Germany in 1958, “Samarkand” has been continually maintained and in 2000 an interior of quarter sawn Siberian ash was designed and built.

Samarkand is available in the Western Mediterranean for private charters and regatta racing including the famous Voiles de St Tropez. She is a highly successful racing yacht and will be leaving most yachts behind. Some racing charters can be booked per person so please send us your requirements.
