PAULINE is a 34.34m (112.64 ft) Swan 112 RS World Cruising Sloop Sailing Yacht launched in 2003 by renowned Finnish shipyard Nautor Swan and extensively refitted in 2016 – 2017.

PAULINE AF SKANOR designed by Germán Frers was the fifth Swan 112 and looks much younger than her age She is only in her third ownership and has been lightly used and always meticulously maintained. She benefited from a full refit in Palma de Mallorca in 2016-17 which arguably left her in better than new condition, and with the Nautor Swan stamp of approval. She is in overall remarkably good condition, with impeccable woodwork throughout the interior.

The current owners purchased the yacht in late 2017 in Mallorca and are experienced Swan owners. They cruised the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands, then sailed up to Sweden and Norway in 2019. In 2021 she took part in the ARC and crossed the Atlantic to the Caribbean, where they cruised for a while before returning to their home in Portugal.

PAULINE AF SKANOR has a wonderful, raised deck saloon which floods both that area and the lower saloon with natural light.

She can accommodate 6 to 8 guests in 3 double cabins aft, including a spacious owner´s cabin with his and hers matching bathrooms, and two identical guest cabins to port and starboard with 2 beds and an additional pull-out Pullman bed. Each cabin has a generous ensuite bathroom.

The crew are also well looked after and have a dedicated area forward with a spacious galley, dining area, two cabins (with 3 beds) and each with a full ensuite head/shower.

The on-deck areas are perfect for relaxation, dining and entertaining, with a vast aft deck offering plenty of storage and sunbathing space and a very comfortable and well protected spacious cockpit area.

Nautor Swan 112 RS, PAULINE AF SKANOR has made a lifetime dream of bluewater cruising come true for her current owners, but they now have decided to sell her for personal reasons. She is currently lying in Valencia, Spain, where she is being well looked after.

During the summer of 2023, she had new batteries installed and two new water heaters. She is fully ready for new further adventures.
