Description
HIGH OCCUPANCY is a 49.9m (163.67ft) Luxury Tri-Deck Motor Yacht launched in 1989 by Australian shipyard Oceanfast and refitted in 2023.
Originally crafted in Australia following the design of Jon Bannenberg and Phil Curran, “High Occupancy” is a distinguished vessel that marries an expansive internal capacity with an impressive 30 knot speed, alongside an accessible shallow draft of 5’3″.
Constructed with aluminium and a GRP superstructure, this elegant yacht is powered by not one, but three MTUs, and Kamewa water-jets. Featuring three decks and six cabins, “High Occupancy” has recently undergone a refurbishment with fresh hull paint, a thorough service of every piece of equipment, the inclusion of contemporary technology, and a setup of sophisticated new interiors. Now, she awaits a new owner to embark on luxurious voyages!
