Set apart by incredible technology, impressive stature and capability, she offers a proven platform with which to push the boundaries of exploration. Built for heli-operations, submarine operations and with a fully equipped dive centre with integrated decompression chamber, Dapple’s layout has been designed with military precision.
Everything about Dapple was designed to maximise adventure. The 360-degree bridge allows total visibility and there is seating should guests wish to witness all the action.
A comfortable salon provides a spacious area for relaxing and socializing in between adventures, while there is ample space for the crew in a large crew mess.
There is a fully equipped gym situated on the lower deck for crew or guest use.
Dapple is a proven platform for expeditions and discovery. The support vessel has 250m² of deck space dedicated to carrying watercraft, with a capacity of 1.5 tonnes per m². An outstanding support vessel providing the scope to carry a multitude of equipment for exploration, and accommodation for up to 20 crew, Dapple could also serve as a standalone explorer vessel with 16 crew and space for six guests.
Dapple’s fully commercial heli deck has a maximum take-off weight of 4,850kg which accommodates large helicopters for serious exploration.
In addition to the vast deck space dedicated to carrying watercraft, inside the vessel is huge storage capacity. The ample garage provides extra space for a host of toys and diving equipment.
The fixed professional decompression chamber accommodates up to four people at a time and completes Dapple’s high spec dive centre set up.
There are three staterooms to accommodate up to six guests, with 16 crew or, if all cabins are used for crew, up to 20 crew in total. Additionally, if needed, there are two extra bunks; one Pullman and one in the hospital. The staterooms are uncomplicated, comfortable and use space efficiently. Exploration is a priority at all times.
