The 86m (282′ 2″) AQUIJO is the largest high-performance ketch sail yacht in the world. Tripp-designed Aquijo was launched in 2016 as a joint project by legendary Dutch shipyards Oceanco & Vitters. AQUIJO is available to explore the stunning landscapes, historic ports and crystal clear waters of the Western Mediterranean during summer and the many tropical islands, white sandy beaches and reefs of the Caribbean & Bahamas during winter, from €505,000 per week with accommodation for up to 12 guests (and 17 crew).

AQUIJO OVERVIEW

Designed by Tripp Design Naval Architects and custom-built in the Netherlands by legendary Dutch shipyards Vitters and Oceanco in a first time partnership, the project began in 2010 and resulted in the launch of AQUIJO in 2016.

The clean modern interior was designed to be flexible with multi-purpose spaces connecting with large windows providing vast natural light throughout and connection to the many outdoor spaces.

AQUIJO combines the comfort of a luxury world cruising motor yacht with the exhilaration and excitement of the world’s largest ketch sailing yacht. AQUIJO provides an exceptional yacht charter experience.

ACCOMMODATION

With seven luxurious cabins, AQUIJO can welcome up to 12 guests overnight. The stunning master cabin is located on its own upper deck. It’s a magnificent light-filled suite with an ultra-modern décor centred around a high-gloss lacquer headboard with wooden and chrome accent pieces.

The six beautifully-designed guest suites are located on the lower deck of the yacht with direct access to AQUIJO’s beach club. Her rear-facing, the stateroom has a large private terrace which provides a breathtaking ocean backdrop from sunrise to sunset. There are also two VIP suites, one of which can be converted into two separate suites as required.

CHARTER EXPERIENCE

Fully wheelchair accessible, in addition to the large central stairway, a guest elevator also connects the upper and lower decks. She has a glamorous indoor/outdoor bar that leads into the main saloon and dining room, which can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The flybridge is equipped with a cleverly-designed seating area to keep your drink safe when it gets choppy at sea. Her unique beach club features a fabulous spa with a steam room, sauna and hot tub for total relaxation.

Enjoy a laid-back BBQ in the alfresco dining area on the main deck. Relax in the open-air jacuzzi on the sundeck then cool off by diving off the swimming platform on the lower deck.
