Built by Lürssen and delivered in 2021, MOON SAND is a fully custom 55.5m full displacement motor yacht offering the shipyards renowned Northern European pedigree. Throughout 2024, MOON SAND underwent works including upgrades and modifications to the sun deck, vastly improving the yacht. She presents in turnkey condition, ready for her next Owner to enjoy.

EXTERIOR DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Elegantly designed by Bannenberg and Rowell, MOON SAND benefits from both the iconic lines of her predecessors and the modern flair of her own design, providing an abundance of volume at 836 GT.

Constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and powered by twin 1,529 Hp MTU engines, she reaches a top speed of 15 knots and has a range of 6,000nm when travelling at an economical speed of 10.7 knots. MOON SAND offers exceptional comfort and stability both at anchor and when underway.

Extensive upgrades have been recently carried out including new flexi teak on her sun deck, new seating and cushions on all decks and the addition of an Atlas crane system.

AMENITIES

MOON SAND yacht is packed with exceptional amenities, elevating the luxury yachting experience to new heights. On her sun deck aft, she features a brand new jacuzzi, lined with sun pads. Towards her midship, there is a sit up bar with a covered al fresco dining area and forward of this is further lounge seating.

On the bridge deck, a large circular dining table offers an excellent space for hosting guests, serviced by an alfresco bar with inbuilt bench seating completing the outdoor entertainment area. Sliding glass doors lead into the sky lounge providing a seamlessly flow between these two spaces.

On the main deck is the star of the show, the aft deck pool which features a counter current system. With a retractable covering, this enables this area to serve multiple functions, offering a stunning a setting to either work out, or relax and unwind sitting by the pool on one of her many seating options. Steps at either side lead down to a swim platform, providing direct access to the water below and serving as a launch pad for her toys and tender.

Sliding glass doors lead into the main salon. This area features an open plan layout, complete with a large lounge setting and dining table.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Inside, Bannenberg and Rowell have crafted a contemporary yet cosy atmosphere, decorated with rich, tactile fabrics, cool module seating and bespoke one-off pieces of furniture from Pollaro by Silverlining and Linley. Throughout, huge windows bathe her interior with plenty of natural light, enhancing the feeling of space while inviting the outdoor surroundings in.

MOON SAND yacht accommodates up to 10 guests across five flexible double cabins. Her Owner’s suite features its own entrance lobby, complete with a dressing table, walk-in wardrobe, dressing area and his and hers ensuites. The remainder of guests are accommodated across four double cabins which can be converted to create two guest suites, all with ensuite. There is further accommodation available for a crew of up to 15.
